Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years in schools around Epping/Ongar and Essex. The role offers flexible days, from a few days a week to full-time, with weekly pay and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lessons and classroom management, bring calm and structure to busy classrooms, and gain varied experience across different settings and year

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• Genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day
• Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments
