Job summary

Remedy Education are recruiting flexible Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Epping/Ongar and Essex, covering primary, secondary and early years settings.

You'll work 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management, and bring calm, structure and positivity to busy classrooms. Experience with children or young people is preferred, with SEN support welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bring calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
• Help ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Make a real difference in everyday classroom moments.
