Qualifications

• Experience working in SEN settings or Resource Provision environments.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and supporting diverse learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Resource Provision classroom to support infant-aged pupils with speech and language needs.
• Help create an inclusive, engaging and supportive learning environment that enables pupils to thrive.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCO and support staff to track progress and tailor learning activities.
