Job summary

Thrive Group is supporting a welcoming primary school in Runcorn to recruit a dedicated Primary Teacher for the Resource Provision team. This role focuses on supporting infant-aged pupils with speech and language needs within an inclusive classroom setting.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative school community, with opportunities for professional development and potential extension beyond the Autumn Term. Nursery-to-Primary transition experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Resource Provision classroom to support infant-aged pupils with speech and language needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, SENCO and support staff to track progress and tailor learning activities.

Are you a passionate and nurturing teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to children's lives?

We are working with a welcoming, one-form entry primary school in Runcorn that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join its Resource Provision team for the Autumn Term, with the possibility of the role being extended.

This rewarding role will involve working within the school's Resource Provision classroom, initially supporting a small number of infant-aged pupils with speech and language needs. You will play a key role in creating an inclusive, engaging and supportive learning environment that enables every child to thrive and achieve their potential.

• Have experience working within Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings or Resource Provision environments; or
• Have a strong interest in SEND and can demonstrate relevant transferable skills and a commitment to inclusive practice.
