Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd in Enfield is seeking an experienced SEN Mentor for an ASAP start in an SEN School. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, helping with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning.

The role focuses on building positive relationships, supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD or challenging behaviour, and promoting a calm, structured environment within the classroom and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD or challenging behaviour is essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships and keep pupils engaged in learning.
• Experience delivering 1:1 and small group support and managing emotional regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils in Enfield.
• Help pupils manage challenging situations and encourage positive behaviour.
• Support pupils inside and outside the classroom to stay engaged with learning.
