Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Mentor in Enfield for the full academic year (term time only). You will provide focused 1:1 support to a pupil with social, emotional and behavioural needs, helping them engage with learning and develop coping strategies.

1:1 Behaviour Mentor – Enfield – Full Academic Year (Term Time Only)

Salary: £90-£105 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role

In this role, you will work as a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor, providing dedicated support to a pupil who requires additional help managing their behaviour and emotions within the classroom environment. A key part of this position involves supporting a child with social, emotional and behavioural needs, helping them to engage positively with learning and develop effective coping strategies.

• Provide consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day

This role would suit someone calm, resilient, and confident, with a genuine commitment to supporting children to overcome barriers to learning. Experience working with children with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
