Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd in Tower Hamlets is seeking an Experienced SEN Mentor for a September start. The role involves one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH, helping them engage with lessons and build essential social and learning skills.

The position offers a daily rate of £100-£130 (DOE) and requires the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff within a supportive SEN school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH or other additional needs.
• Ability to build positive relationships and help students overcome barriers to learning.

Responsibilities

• As an SEN Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support with their learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills while encouraging positive engagement in lessons. You will work alongside teachers, Teaching Assistants and the wider pastoral team to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.
