Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Camberley is seeking a Male SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in the Camberley area. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN, SEMH and behavioural needs, helping them access the curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting students with SEN, SEMH and behavioural needs.
  • Ability to implement individual support and behaviour strategies.
  • Able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Good communication with teachers, SENCO and pastoral teams.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of pupils.
  • Willingness to participate in safeguarding and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

Pay: £92.63 - £100 per day, depending on experience

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a Male SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in the Camberley area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), SEMH and behavioural needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop their confidence and independence.

The school is looking for someone who can build strong, positive relationships with students and act as a positive male role model where appropriate.

The Role
