Job summary

Randstad Staffing is partnering with a Bromley FE college to recruit a Learning Support Assistant & First Aider. The role supports learners with SEN across curriculum areas, provides first aid on campus, and helps with personal care and mobility with dignity and respect.

You will contribute to EHCP outcomes, work with teaching staff to update plans, and help learners access services. Term-time only, you will commute to Bromley and support a warm, inclusive learning environment that promotes

Qualifications

• First Aid certification is essential or willingness to gain it.
• Level 2 English and Maths required.
• Empathetic and flexible with safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored educational and accessibility support to learners with SEN.
• Act as College First Aider and respond to on-campus medical needs.
• Support learners with personal care, mobility, and wellbeing.
• Assist in delivering EHCP outcomes and person-centred plans.
• Help students develop self-advocacy and study skills.
• Collaborate with staff to update support plans and report progress.
