• Assist in EHCPs and person-centred support plans.
• Help students develop self-advocacy, study skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored educational, personal development, and accessibility support to learners with SEN across diverse curriculum areas.
• Act as an active, designated College First Aider, responding swiftly to campus medical needs and ensuring learner safety.
• Support learners with personal care, mobility needs, and physical well-being with dignity and respect.
• Assist in delivering outcomes outlined in EHCPs and person-centred support plans.
• Help students develop self-advocacy, study skills, and confidence to access all college services and activities.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, support coordinators, and external key workers to update support plans and report progression.
