Job summary

• Transferable experience in education, childcare, care, youth work or similar roles will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one, small-group and classroom support to pupils.
• Help pupils engage with lessons and activities to overcome barriers to learning.
• Build positive relationships with children and support transitions and routines.
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour positively.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support learning.
