Job summary

Two Bridges Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support the class teacher, TA and LSAs in delivering a holistic curriculum. You will help pupils improve communication and social skills, access therapeutic support and overcome barriers to learning.

Based in a purpose-built provision, the role includes assisting in small group learning, preparing activities, and tracking pupil progress for discussion with the class teacher. Term-time only, 32.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist delivery of learning to small groups
• Prepare activities and support pupils to navigate the school day
• Recognise and capture pupil progress and share with class teacher
