Job summary

Two Bridges Academy in England is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in a specialist SEND setting. Working with the class teacher and the classroom support team, you will help deliver our holistic curriculum and foster communication, social skills, independence, and confidence.

This permanent, part-time role (13 hours per week, school terms) offers induction, training, and the chance to grow with a new expanding school that opened in 2024.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SLD and PMLD.
• ASC or SLCN identified as primary need within the cohort.

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher and the classroom support team.
• Contribute to implementing a holistic curriculum to support communication and social skills.
