Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Brentwood and Essex. You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups, assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management, bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.

Whether you want a few days a week or close to full-time, supply work offers flexibility across primary, secondary and early years settings, with weekly pay and ongoing support from your dedicated Remedy Education consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people; school-based experience is ideal but not essential.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching, or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality; comfortable in new school environments.
• Genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
