Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking caring SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in supportive schools across Raynes Park (SW20). The role offers flexible day-to-day supply work or long-term placements.

Ideal candidates will have experience with SEN, be patient and adaptable, and possess strong communication skills. An Enhanced DBS is preferred or can be obtained. Competitive rates are available through Protocol Education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN in schools, care, youth work or similar settings.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom.
• Support pupils learning, social development and emotional wellbeing.
• Assist with implementing behaviour and support strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to monitor pupil progress.
