Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Lewisham is seeking dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants to join inclusive mainstream primary schools. You will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them engage with learning and build confidence in a supportive classroom environment.

You’ll work across 1:1 and small group contexts, using tailored strategies and collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN in schools or care settings.
• Patient, resilient and compassionate approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
• Help children access the curriculum through tailored learning strategies.
