Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.
• Assist learners in accessing activities and achieving targets.
• Support communication, social interaction, and independence skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and staff to deliver high-quality support.
• Adapt resources and activities to meet individual needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
• Assist with personal care where required.
• Maintain records of student progress and observations.
