Job summary

Aspire People are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs at a SEND/SEMH school in Boston. You will work on a 1:1 and small-group basis, assisting pupils with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and other needs.

DBS clearance is required and safeguarding training is provided by the school. The role is long-term, based in Boston, with Monday–Friday school hours during term time and the possibility of an immediate start.

Qualifications

• DBS check required.
• Safeguarding training provided.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN (1:1 and small groups).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.
• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and other needs.
• Work Monday–Friday during school hours, term time, with potential immediate start.
