Job summary

Aspire People supports a SEND/SEMH school in Boston by recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to help pupils access an inclusive education. You will work 1:1 and in small groups with children who have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia, with medical requirements also possible.

DBS checks and safeguarding training are provided. This is a long-term, term-time position with school hours, Monday to Friday, and a daily rate of 100–110. An immediate start may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN.
• DBS and safeguarding training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Work with pupils who have Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and medical needs.
• Receive excellent support from Aspire People and the school.
• Long-term, term-time role with a potential immediate start.
