Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH in a school in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role starting immediately, with working hours from 08:30 to 15:30.

You will work 1:1 with students with SEND/SEMH, requiring resilience and energy. A passion for education and recent experience with children is essential. Aspire People is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.

Aspire People are recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a school located in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This role is to work full-time, on a temp to perm basis starting immediately! The working hours are 08:30 - 15:30 and you will be working 1:1 with students with various learning difficulties and special educational needs.

The role requires high level of resilience and we are ideally looking for people who are energetic and have experience of working with children with social emotional and mental health needs.
