Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking qualified SEN Learning Support Assistants to work long-term with SEND schools in the Croydon area. You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis, including those with speech and language or behavioural needs. Experience with Makaton, PECS, or autism is advantageous. Please ensure relevant experience is shown on your CV.

We offer flexible roles, daily supply and longer placements, a dedicated consultant, and CPD options. DBS checks and references are required.

Qualifications

Protocol Education is working closely with SEND schools in Croydon area and are seeking qualified and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with them on long term basis.

We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have previous experience of working with pupils on a 1:1 basis, who have speech and language difficulties or behavioural issues. It would also be beneficial if you have worked with pupils with or using the following:

• Makaton
• PECS- Picture Exchange Communication System
• Behavioural issues
• Autism

If you are knowledgeable in any of the above, we would love to hear from you. Please ensure that any relevant experience and education knowledge is clearly shown on your CV.
