Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with complex learning, communication, and behavioural needs.
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions.
• Assist pupils with personal care where required.
• Implement EHCP targets and behaviour support plans.
• Encourage independence, engagement and confidence.
• Collaborate with teaching and support staff.
