They aim to provide these vulnerable young children with education and guidance to learn how to keep themselves safe while being independent. As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work on a 1-1 basis with these students, acting as a safe space for them to express themselves while also ensuring they stay focused on tasks and actively participate in their education during lessons.
