Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor for a welcoming SEN school in Chigwell, starting September. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils with SEND and help them engage with learning.

The role emphasises building confidence, resilience and independent learning, including safeguarding checks and training. A nurturing, collaborative environment awaits you.

Qualifications

• Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND, social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
• Be patient, empathetic, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
• Have a calm and positive approach when supporting pupils with challenges.
