Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor for a welcoming SEN school in Chigwell, with a September start. The role supports pupils with SEND and focuses on developing confidence, independence and wellbeing within a nurturing environment.

You will work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and specialists to foster inclusive learning and positive pupil outcomes, contributing to a collaborative, supportive team and a pupil-centered approach.

SEN Learning Mentor - SEN School - Chigwell | September Start

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning?

We are working with a welcoming SEN school in Chigwell that is looking to appoint a dedicated and caring SEN Learning Mentor to join their supportive team from September.

The school provides a nurturing and structured environment where pupils are supported with their emotional wellbeing, personal development, and engagement in learning. Staff work closely with students to develop confidence, encourage independence, and provide tailored support that meets their individual needs.

You will work as part of a collaborative team alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and specialist professionals to create a positive and inclusive environment where every pupil feels valued and supported.

The ideal candidate will:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
