Job summary

Senovo Capital Management GmbH in Enfield is recruiting SEN Intervention Teaching Assistants for full-time temporary assignments. You will support planned 1:1 and small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy, and communication, adapt resources, and record progress for teachers and SENCOs.

The role targets candidates with recent school SEN support experience who can follow structured programmes and respond to EHCP outcomes. Level 2/3 TA desirable; QTS not required.

Qualifications

• SEN experience in school settings.
• Ability to follow structured programmes and EHCP outcomes.
• DBS and safeguarding checks completed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned 1:1 and small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy, or learning skills.
• Adapt resources to individual pupil needs and record progress for teachers.
• Support SENCOs and follow school safeguarding procedures.
