Job summary

Senovo Resourcing Ltd is seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant for temporary assignments in Barnet. You will support pupils with varied SEND in classroom, 1:1 and small-group settings, following EHCP strategies and recording observations for teachers and SEN colleagues.

QTS is not required for this role. Relevant SEND experience or qualifications are needed, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK with an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to complete Senovo's

Qualifications

• SEN learning support in classrooms.
• Experience with EHCP strategies for pupils with SEND.
• Must include safeguarding awareness and DBS/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, one-to-one and small-group learning support for pupils with varied SEND.
• Follow EHCP strategies, adapt activities and communication, reinforce routines and record observations for teaching and SEN colleagues.
