FOX MORRIS GROUP LTD is seeking an experienced Head Teacher to lead a specialist SEN school in Surrey. You will provide strategic leadership, drive outcomes for pupils with SEND, and lead a dedicated team to foster a positive school culture.

This role requires QTS and a strong track record in SEN leadership. The Head Teacher will ensure high standards of education, care, and safeguarding, while developing a long-term improvement plan and effective stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
  • Significant leadership experience within a SEN or specialist education setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEND legislation, safeguarding, and educational best practice.
  • Proven experience of leading school improvement and achieving positive outcomes for pupils.
  • Outstanding communication, organisational, and people-management skills.
