Job summary

Applebough Recruitment Ltd in Oldbury is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to deliver high-quality, personalised education within a specialist school environment.

You will plan differentiated lessons, create an inclusive classroom, and work with therapists, parents and carers to support pupil progress while monitoring development and adapting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a specialist SEN setting.
  • Strong understanding of a range of SEN needs and teaching strategies.
  • Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
  • Patient, adaptable and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:
