Job summary

Educato Limited seeks a dedicated SEN EYFS Teacher to join a Middleton primary school. You will plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons, adapting activities to meet individual SEN needs and working with the SENCO and assistants to track progress.

You will support EHCP outcomes, promote positive behaviour and build strong relationships with children and families. QTS or ECT status and right to work in the UK are required; experience with SEN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching in EYFS or a primary school setting.
• Experience supporting or teaching children with SEN.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
• Confident adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.

Job description

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Middleton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN EYFS Teacher to join their team. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for young children with additional needs, supporting their academic, social, emotional and developmental progress.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for EYFS pupils, adapting teaching and activities to meet individual SEN needs. You will work closely with teaching assistants, the SENCO and wider school team to provide personalised support and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
