Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an SEN English Teacher for a specialist setting in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. You will plan and deliver English lessons for pupils across KS1/KS2, adapting content to individual needs with a strong emphasis on communication and literacy development.

This role requires QTS with a primary background and SEN experience; you will work with support staff and professionals in a collaborative environment, with ongoing CPD and access to a range of development

Qualifications

• QTS Primary teaching background with SEN experience.
• Experience teaching English or literacy at KS1/KS2.
• Strong differentiation and adaptive teaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver English lessons accessible to KS1/KS2 learners.
• Differentiate work and resources to meet individual needs.
• Support literacy development and communication skills.
