Horizon Care Ltd. in Wolverhampton is seeking a Deputy Headteacher for Bushbury School, a specialist SEN setting for pupils 7-19 with autism and SLCN. You will join the senior leadership team, guiding strategy, policy implementation and day-to-day school operations.

The ideal candidate has QTS/QTLS, SLT experience in SEN, up-to-date safeguarding expertise and a strong commitment to pupil wellbeing and high standards. The role offers a 37.5 hour week and a full-time contract.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS qualification required.
• Experience in senior leadership team in an SEN environment.
• Up-to-date OFSTED knowledge and SEN education sector awareness.
• Safeguarding and child protection qualifications/experience.
