SEN Classroom Support Assistant

Trafford | Full-Time | Term-Time Only | Immediate Start Available

Teaching Personnel are seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Classroom Support Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in Trafford supporting students aged 11-19 with a range of additional needs, including Autism, Multiple Learning Disabilities, Severe Learning Disabilities, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, physical disabilities, and complex learning difficulties.

The school offers excellent facilities, small class sizes, and a supportive team dedicated to helping every student reach their full potential both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
  • Assist with classroom learning and engagement.
  • Promote positive behaviour and independence.
  • Support students with communication, social, and emotional development.
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to meet individual needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
