Job summary

Diodes Incorporated in the United Kingdom (Scotland) is seeking an inline defect analysis engineer to drive process improvements and defect monitoring across the manufacturing line.

You will operate, program, and maintain KLA and JoeISEM inspection tools, analyze process abnormalities, and work to improve yield and process stability while optimizing flow. Strong collaboration with production, module and development teams is essential for ongoing defect monitoring and optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fab defect engineering
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes or defect improvement is preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate, program, and maintain KLA / JoeISEM inspection tools.
• Analyze and improve semiconductor process abnormalities.
• Yield and process stability improvement, and process flow optimization.
• Collaborate with production line, module, and development teams to adjust and enhance product defect monitoring.
