Heronic Technologies Limited seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth of its AI accelerator IP in a fast-paced, small team. You will own the sales cycle from lead to licensing deal, build relationships with customers and partners, and translate technical needs into product mapping with the engineering team.

The role involves travel to industry events and customer visits, with a focus on FPGA and semiconductor IP markets and long, technical sales cycles.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or business development for FPGA or semiconductor IP.
• Customer-facing technical background suitable for detailed product discussions.
• Track record of finding, progressing and closing long, technical sales cycles.
• Familiarity with semiconductor IP commercial models (licence fees, royalties).

Aufgaben

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities for Heronic's IP and tooling.
• Own the sales pipeline end-to-end, from first contact through to a signed licensing agreement.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Represent Heronic at trade shows, industry events and customer visits.
• Engage in detailed technical discussions with customers, mapping the product to requirements.
• Keep the CRM up to date and report on pipeline progress.
