Job summary

Dot Partners in Chester is seeking a semi-senior accountant to join a growing Top 40 practice. You will work with Seniors and Managers, handling accounts preparation, management accounts and tax, while progressing toward Senior Accountant level.

The role supports ACA/ACCA study, offers hybrid working, and opportunities to build client relationships and contribute to advisory work. Previous UK practice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified and studying towards ACA or ACCA.
• Experience in a UK accountancy practice and preparing statutory accounts.
• Experience with corporation and personal tax exposure.
• Good knowledge of cloud accounting software and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare year-end statutory accounts and management information.
• Compute corporation and personal tax liabilities.
• Develop client relationships and take on responsibility for assignments.
• Support accounts trainees and collaborate with seniors and managers.
