Addington Ball Recruitment Ltd is assisting a Leamington Spa-based practice in recruiting a Semi Senior Accountant. You will build client relationships, manage a range of financial elements, and gain ownership and development in a supportive environment.

The role offers a 35-hour week with a Friday finish at 2pm, a funded study package, and generous holiday and benefits to aid your career progression.

Formación

• Experience in an accountancy practice.
• AAT qualified and/or actively studying towards ACA (ICAEW) or ACCA qualifications.
• IT skills including Excel and any accounts software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks etc)
• High levels of attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a diverse range of clients, providing guidance and advice to clients
• Financial Year-end accounts, ensuring relevant financial reporting standards are adhered to
• Preparation of year-end accounts, management accounts and bookkeeping
• Completion and submission of VAT & CIS returns
• Other ad hoc all round accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Previous experience within an accountancy practice
• AAT qualified and/or actively studying towards ACA (ICAEW) or ACCA qualifications
• IT skills including Excel and any accounts software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks etc)
• High levels of attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
