Location: Lancashire / North West (Partnered directly with Tradewind Recruitment) Provision Type: Key Stage 3 & 4 Alternative Provision (Secondary / All-Through SEMH Setting) Contract Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Supply to Permanent (ASAP Start) Pay Rate: £125 - £146 per day (Dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, School hours (Term-time only)

As a Youth Mentor and Pastoral Worker, you will bridge the gap between academic learning and emotional wellbeing. You will work closely with disengaged or vulnerable teens, acting as a trusted role model, sounding board, and guide. Your objective is to help students navigate their emotions, build positive coping strategies, and re-engage with education, vocational pathways, and personal growth.
