Job summary

Remedy Education seeks experienced Tutors and Teachers to deliver 1:1 and small-group tuition across schools, homes, libraries, community venues and online. You will support learners with gaps, SEND/SEMH needs and motivation through engaging, personalised sessions.

We value patient, adaptable tutors with strong English and Maths knowledge, excellent communication and the ability to build positive relationships with students. Remain flexible for varied locations and settings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1:1 or small-group tuition.
• Strong knowledge of English and Maths.
• Patient, positive and adaptable approach.
• Ability to build rapport with learners.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, structured and personalised tuition.
• Support learners with gaps in education and SEND/SEMH needs.
• Adapt tuition to individual learning needs and motivate students.
• Develop rapport and maintain learner engagement across sessions.
