Esland is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our brand new SEN school as we expand. You will support pupils aged 8 to 16, both one-to-one and in small groups, helping them fulfil their potential and develop essential skills.

This is a rewarding role in a supportive team, with a 8:30am–4:30pm schedule, Monday to Friday, and a salary of £23,520 to £25,357 per annum depending on experience. Benefits include induction training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
• Ability to support individuals and small groups.
• Understanding of National Curriculum requirements.
• Commitment to Safer Recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Support students one-to-one or in small groups to fulfil their potential and develop skills.
• Work alongside class teachers to implement lesson plans and activities.
