Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Confidence in managing challenging behaviour and supporting SEMH needs.
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to secondary-aged pupils.
• Support emotional regulation, resilience, and social development.
• Manage behaviour using positive strategies.
• Support pupils inside and outside the classroom.
• Act as a positive male role model and trusted adult.
