Job summary

Protocol Education is working with a specialist setting in Gateshead seeking a compassionate and experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils facing social, emotional and mental health challenges.

You will help pupils develop confidence and resilience, improve emotional regulation, engage positively with learning, build social and communication skills, and achieve personal and academic targets, alongside contributing to intervention programmes with teaching staff.
