Qualifications

Responsibilities

Support pupils with SEMH needs.
Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
Support pupils to engage with lessons.
Encourage positive behaviour.
Help pupils manage emotions.
Mentoring and encouraging young people.
Develop confidence and resilience.
Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff.
