Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEMH/SEND in a school setting.
• Ability to assist both 1:1 and small groups with pacing and communication.
• Comfort with managing resources and contributing to behaviour support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers in the classroom.
• Working with children 1:1 or in small groups.
• Managing classroom resources.
• Taking children on trips and visits.
• Having lunch with children who struggle socially.
• Managing heightened behaviours and keeping children safe.
