Reed Education is partnering with a specialist SEMH/PSB school in Farnham to recruit three dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for a full-time role. You will support students with SEMH needs, build positive relationships, and work with teachers to deliver effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within SEN settings is essential.
• Experience supporting children with SEMH, ASD, ADHD or other additional needs.
• A calm, resilient, and patient approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEMH needs.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and act as a trusted role model.
• Support learning both inside and outside the classroom.
• Assist with behaviour management strategies.
• Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence.
• Work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide the best outcomes for students.
