Teaching Personnel Ltd. in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the FY8 area is seeking a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis.
You will work mainly in the classroom with potential to deliver targeted interventions, and you will receive support from the class teacher, SENCO and wider leadership team. The ideal candidate will have SEMH/SEN experience, be patient and nurturing, and able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Location: FY8, Lancashire, Start Date: ASAP, Hours: Full-Time, Pay: £14.25 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

The successful candidate will work closely with a child on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support throughout the school day. While the role will primarily be classroom-based, there may also be opportunities to deliver targeted interventions in a quieter setting when required. You will receive ongoing support from the class teacher, SENCO, and wider senior leadership team.
