Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with pupils who have diverse learning, social, emotional, or mental health needs (SEMH / SEND).
  • A passion for supporting creative, personalised learning that re-engages pupils with education.
  • Exceptional safeguarding practice and a commitment to prioritising pupil safety and well-being.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work closely with multi-agency teams and families.

  • Tailored Assistance: Provide support with personalised learning programs designed for pupils with specific learning difficulties and additional needs.

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Maintain positive working relationships with teachers, pupils' families, and external support agencies.

Job Overview

Location: Newton Abbot, Devon

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM : 3:30 PM

Contract Type: Full:Time

Salary:GBP92.56:95 per day dependant on experience.
