TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEMH) for a role in Newton Abbot, Devon. The position offers a structured school schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a full-time contract in a supportive educational setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with diverse SEMH/SEND needs, a passion for creative, personalised learning, and a commitment to safeguarding pupil safety and well-being.

Competenze

• Proven experience working with pupils who have diverse learning, social, emotional, or mental health needs (SEMH / SEND).
• A passion for supporting creative, personalised learning that re-engages pupils with education.
• Exceptional safeguarding practice and a commitment to prioritising pupil safety and well-being.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work closely with multi-agency teams and families.
