The school supports both primary and secondary aged students, many of whom have SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs

Classes are small, typically 4 to 8 pupils, which means you can really focus on building trust, creating routines, and helping students reconnect with education.

About the school:

This is a nurturing and well-supported setting where staff work closely together to give pupils the stability and encouragement they need to succeed. Behaviour support is strong, and teachers are never expected to manage challenging situations alone.

Many teachers who join this setting enjoythe freedom to be creative with the curriculum, focusing on engagement, confidence building, and life skills alongside academic progress.

What we re looking for:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A calm, resilient approach in the classroom
  • Strong relationship-building skills with young people
  • Flexibility and creativity when adapting lessons
  • Someone who wants to make a real difference in an SEMH environment
