Qualifications

• QTS required.

• Experience working with small classes and pastoral support teams.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a general classroom teacher, delivering lessons across a broad curriculum.
• Teaching small groups of 4 to 8 pupils with varied abilities.
• Planning and adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• Building positive routines and strong relationships with students.
• Working closely with pastoral and behaviour support teams.
• Supporting pupils who may have struggled in mainstream education to re-engage with learning.
